Each decorative casting is hand-poured directly over the welded iron to create an exceptionally solid one-piece bed. This bed is engineered with added corner support for strength. This bed is made with handcrafted quality; skilled craftsmen meticulously weld each piece together paying close attention to detail. This process produces a bed that is the perfect balance of strength and beauty. The PowerBond finish is the most durable finish available on any bed. Expert colorists electrostatically apply powder paint to the bed which is then baked in specialty ovens at extremely high temperatures to product a finish of superior durability and richness. The Millennium frames are among the strongest bed frames in the industry. Carefully designed and manufactured using high-gauge steel to ensure durability, strength, maximum stability and mattress support. It also carries a limited lifetime warranty. The frame rests 16 inches off the floor with a 15 inch clearance.
