After getting all the parts out to inspect, I notice one spot on the front edge of the unit where the laminate was missing. I notice several other areas where they had done poor repair jobs but they were all in less obvious spots. I checked the guarantee/return policy. You have to repack the unassembled pieces back in the box, virtually impossible. And, the unit must be in resalable condition. Well, it is already not in resalable condition. Not much of a guarentee. I had expected to find a phone number where I could get a replacement part. Other than quality control of the laminate surface, the unit would have gotten a rating of four.
