The table top vanity arrived in good condition. We opened it to put it together for our granddaughters birthday gift. It was then that we had problems. First there were no directions, which to be honest we didn't need because it was self explanatory and easy to assemble. The problem was that the predrilled holes in the back where you attach the 2 little shelves and mirror were mis-aligned. Because the wood was so delicate and not thick, my husband had to use a drill that was very narrow, even so the wood split, we had to glue and use different screws to put the little shelves on. I called Hayneedle,was credited the amount I paid and I did request another one thinking maybe we just got a lemon. We're Hoping it arrives with good alignment. Hayneedle customer service rep William was very courteous and helpful.
