The toy box came and we couldn't wait to set it up. We opened the box and noticed right away there was damage on the bottom piece, there was a chunk missing from the corner. As all the pieces came out of the box, I realized the background of the owls was yellow not white/offwhite as I thought from the picture. The other pieces seemed to havea slight damage too. I read another consumers review and didn't think much of it about the damage, but maybe this is common. Of course the box is too heavy to pay for shipping - so we just kept it, knowing it was for a child.

This is a gift but we put it together. Part C is damaged and it is much too difficult to return it. We will try to fix the damage ourselves. I did ask if this was made in The USA before purchasing and I was told it was. After calling about the damage I found out it was not made in the USA - not happy about that.

I received my box in a timely manner. It was perfect, no cracks, scratches or anything wrong at all. The box is beautiful. My little granddaughter loves it. She likes owls especially. I am very pleased with all the service and the box that I received. Thank you very much.

Was missing one piece, so that was frustrating. Maybe include extra screws so that doesn't happen. assembly was fine, however one side would not connect right after re doing it multiple times- possible safety issue. Good quality wood, but scratches easy
