I haven't used the product yet since it's snowing outside.It was delivered in a timely manner and it's a cute design but when we opened the box, we saw a couple of pieces were broken. Kidkraft has a convenient replacement policy. They send the replacement parts free of charge if you report the problem within 90 days of purchase along with the P.O. number on the box. So keep your shipping box until you make sure all the pieces are included and unbroken!
