We bought this whole set (bookcase captains bed, chest and nightstand) for my toddler. [...] Pieces were not complicated to put together, just took some time. The book case captains bed probably took the longest at 2 1/2 hrs. I am very pleased with the color and how sturdy the furniture is; it is a great value for the money and would gladly buy the brand again.
