We purchased this delightful chair for our daughters first birthday. Her brother has his own chair so we wanted her to have her special chair. She loves it. She sits in it and just relaxes and then she'll climb back forth from her chair to her brothers and then back to hers. It is built close to the floor and very sturdy. She will be able to use the chair for a few years.

Completely satisfied with Hayneedle, however KidKraft's quality control lacks (or whomever does their packing). The chair arrived in a timely fashion, but when taken out of the box, I discovered a stain down the right arm of the chair (looked like a coffee spill), as well as the outer edge of the chair was filthy dirty. Hayneedle was immediately contacted, a return order through FedEx was issued, and a new chair was shipped. Hopefully someone inspected this one prior to sending it out!

This doesn't rock much but that is a good thing to keep from tipping over. It was a big hit with my 4 (almost 5) year old grand daughter, Chair was immediately moved to her bedroom so she could rock her teddy bears.
