Recliners can be vacuumed and wiped clean with a damp rag. Fabric Protection may be applied to prolong furniture life. The microfiber material, if lightly soiled due to wear, can be cleaned using lukewarm water and a mild detergent or soap. They are best cleaned by using a soft sponge or cloth and rubbing in a circular motion. Pat dry with a soft cloth, and brush in the direction of the nap. Medium-to-heavily soiled fabrics can be cleaned with a commercial water or foam type carpet and upholstery cleaner (such as Shout, Carbona, Bissel, Armorall, Blue Luster, Turtlewax, and Glamorene). Do NOT dry clean and do NOT use any solvent (petroleum-based) cleaning agents (such as K2R, lighter fluid, carbon tetrachloride, or perchlorethylene). Spills should be blotted up with a towel.

My grandson is 3 years old. We gave him one of the chairs for his birthday. He loves the chair, he sits in it and says "I am relaxing in my chair" We are giving the second chair to his brother for his 1st Birthday on July 2, 2011 along with the table. I am anxious to see how the 3 year old reacts to the table for his cup and snacks. He already likes to watch movies and TV and enjoy popcorn. The fabric is great, very washable, just wipe clean. That is for sure a plus.
