My husband put this bed together in an hour. My 20 month old sleeps comfortably and it is easy for him to climb in and out of . The bed seems to be made out of particle board not real wood, which means it can damage easy. The customer service from Hayneedle was fantastic! This was my first purchase made from this company and I was able to order this product over the phone and received this product in two days!

The shipping was super fast, and kidkraft make high quality stuff. It's really solid and they have the best assembly instructions of any of the (many many) things I have assembled. There is attention to detial, like all the bolts are painted the right colors so they blend in with the paint job. Nice. Plus, the little man loves it. It has already been a race car, a boat, an airplane and a train.
