        This bed is cute and sturdy and will probably meet your needs. A couple of notes: [...] Color is much darker than pictured. It matches my "espresso" colored pottery barn furniture. Very deep color. 3. Like other reviews, drawer opens on opposite side as pictured. I love the drawer. It's the perfect place to stash extra linens and baby blankets. Or perhaps clothes that are out of season. Son loves it!

          Great product! our son loves it and easily adjusted to it. The matress support is very sturdy enough for him and my wife to sit on it when she or I read to him. He loves this bed. Also a piece came in broken and the company shipped us a free replacement piece without issue. I'd recommend this bed to others.

            Drawer is not situated to the headboard as shown in the picture. The bed we received had to be positioned with headboard facing right...not a big deal but, our daughter's room was not set up for that orientation.
