Hayneedl shipped out the wrong bed. "it happens" I called them and I was informed that I had to contact FedEx via internet to ship back the wrong order...easier said than done. As a business owner my motto has always been "what is easier for the business is not always easier for the customer". HEYNEEDLE YOU SHOULD HAVE FIXED YOUR OWN MISTAKES NOT ME....IT TOOK ME OVER 30 MINUTES OF ( MY TIME)TO FILL OUT AND FIGURE OUT THE PROCESS TO PRINT RETURN PACKING SLIPS.

This bed is a great transition piece for my two year old daughter. It is low to the ground and has side railings for her safety. It is a sturdy piece of children's furniture and it was easy to assemble.
