It's also positioned close enough to the ground that getting in and out is no problem for even the smallest of toddlers. We weren't ready for our 2 yr old daughter for a new toddler bed for a birthday gift. We just went ahead and purchased and it came in on time for the weekend we assembled it together and set it up in her room. She started at first night, very scary with awaring of new bed to sleep in. I stayed with her until she slept thru few min...next few nights since then, she been doing wonderful, knows what a bed is and knows when we tells her its bed time, she will go straight to bed, climb up onto her new bed and lay down....say Good Night, Momma!

Purchased this for my grandson's daily use at his home. I would recommend a bed like this one, but without a drawer. The drawer comes off the track everytime we use it.

Well overall I love this bed. [...]. One thing that kinda aggrivates me is the side rail. In the picture it shows it on the right side and more than half way down the bed. Which was the #1 key factor in me buying this product over a cheaper very similar version. In reality the rail in on the left side and only 40% down the bed, just like all the other beds out there. So I was dissapointed.

this bed gives your child the reassurance of a crib without the constrictions and frustrations of no way out. My daughter sleeps longer and more comfortably knowing if she wakes up she wont be stuck in the dark. its low enough to climb in/out of and if somehow she went through the opening she would just roll the foot out of bed. we LOVE it.

This bed looks great. It was hard to put together, but that was expected being a piece of child furniture. [...] there was a knot in the wood were a screw went and the knot came out leaving a big hole in the wood. I guess they did not catch that during the quality checks before shipping. I got one of my contractors who were working on a remodeling job for me to fill the hole with wood puddy, sand and stain it. It wasnt worth repacking the bed and sending it back. All for all it was the nicest style toddler bed we found.
