We have put this in our kitchen as a table for our daughter (1 1/2 years old) to eat at as well as do activities.
It is a very sturdy set as I can sit easily on the chairs. Perfect height that she can easily get in and out of the chairs.
The color options are great. I bought another in pecan to match her decor. She loves her too, and so does her son (2 years old).

Has a quality look to it. Very Sturdy. The shelf under the top makes a great place for small books, crayons etc. I bought two extra chairs and will use it not only for a work space for my granddaughter but the extra chairs give us a table for four when we have company over with children.
One thing I would change I got the dark finish and the screws are gold. I wish it had wood color screws
