Pros:

Awesome rocking toy. Granddaughter is 1 yr old, a little afraid of the rocking part at this age (wish it had a harness safety belt to buckle in with), but just loves the music buttons. Wish the music and songs were a little louder. Would be great if you could make the handles out of a softer material....only spot a child could get hurt on if they fall against it. Great product, shipped in timely fashion. Great company to do business with.

We gave this as a gift to a one-year-old after getting a similar one a few months ago for our own one-year old's birthday. The back of the seat rises up to help unsteady little ones stay on all by themselves!
The rocker comes out of the box ENTIRELY ASSEMBLED - - what a relief to harried parents exhausted from other toys' complicated instructions.
The gift rocker had one music button that did not work. The company not only immediately replaced the rocker, but also invited our friends to give the rocker with the defective music button to charity rather than having to go to the trouble of returning it. So easy!
Not only does the one-year-old love her new rocker, but her five- and seven-year-old siblings play with it as often as they can get the chance! (My own three year old also loves his little brother's rocker and trades off riding it.)
