It is a cute fun bookshelf for a little girl. It stores books and toys nicely and is a good space saver. The wood had a few nicks but it was okay.

My only complaint was the wood finish had a potent smell. My daughter would take a nap with her door closed and when I would open it, I smelled the finish in her room. I called the company and they said it was not hazardous and I should try to let the book shelf air out, outside on a nice day. I did this and it helped and now does not smell nearly as strong. Other than that, it is cute!

We needed a bookcase for a small space and this was a perfect fit. It surprizingly holds a lot of books, though big (tall) books are a tight squeeze. The design and colors are cute and go well in our bright/floral girls' room.

Assembly took awhile and a couple of the shelves split while we were screwing it together. Wood glue and touch up paint and it's as good as new.

Overall, worth the price and worked for our needs.

This bookshelf is absolutely adorable. We had a little trouble getting some of the pieces together, but once we did it looked great! There really isn't a lot of room for books (the top tiered part will only hold small things) and large books are sometimes too wide to fit. The bookshelf matches my daughter's room and personailty perfectly, so it's been almost the perfect purchase for us. We will most likey be buying the cube that matches so that we can hold more books.
